New Delhi : The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a one-of-its-kind, Public Private Partnership (PPP) model in India, under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). It aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. A not-for-profit company set up by the Ministry of Finance, under Section 25 of the Companies Act.

NSDC provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable support system which focuses on quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academies either directly or through partnerships. NSDC acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to enterprises, companies and organizations that provide skill training. It will also develop appropriate models to enhance, support and coordinate private sector initiatives.

Job Summary:

The job is responsible for conducting audit and reviewing of all recurring material contracts and existing policies, procedures, protocols & guidelines in operation.

Key Responsibilities:

—  Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, internal policies, guidelines and statutory rule.

—  Facilitate with external audit teams for resolution of queries and issue.

—  Inspect internal systems and controls to mitigate risk. Review accounting policies and presentation of financials in order to give suggestions for modification.

—  Formulate yearly/periodic plans for various divisions for smooth conduct of all audits

—  Successful timely closure of statutory audit report—  Conduct Internal financial review of payouts under various schemes in order to ensure adherence to financial norms and guidelines

Coordinate the efforts of all team for smooth and timely closure of all audits

Qualification & Experience : MBA/ CA with 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience
